TFT Royal Pro 25k Phase 1 Review – Week 7

Review of last week: TFT Royal Pro 25k Phase 1 Review – Week 6

In Week 7, I made 7 trades, focusing on only the following 3 instruments:

  • XAUUSD
  • EURUSD
  • GBPUSD

I didn't trade for another two days. On Wednesday, there was news about tariff announcements, and I anticipated the market would be difficult, so I decided early on not to look at the charts. On Tuesday, I mistakenly thought it was the announcement day, so I stayed out of the market then too.

The week concluded with a profit of $66.91 (+0.27%). The 5-day average profit was $20.53, and the average loss was $5.06.

The 5-day win rate was 57.1%, and the cumulative win rate is now 39.3%. The current account drawdown is -1.89%.

Conclusion of Week 9:

Monday: One win, one break-even, one loss. Still a winning day.

Tuesday: No trades.

Wednesday: No trades.

Thursday: One win, one loss. Winning day.

Friday: Two wins! Winning day.

Review of This Week’s Performance:

The entire week was a winning streak. That's really encouraging!

My performance has been improving over the past three weeks, and I've come to realize the benefits of boosting my win rate. With fewer losses, it's easier to stay rational, and observing the market with a calm mind leads to sharper insights and better control over greed.

When risk is well-managed, even with a planned reward-risk ratio of only 1.3 to 1.6, the actual reward-risk ratio can still reach 4:1 due to significantly reduced losses in both frequency and amount.

Week 8 Goals:

I'm going to keep my head down and focus on trading well. My plan is to slowly build the account back up to $24,800, using 0.1% risk per trade, and then consider increasing my position size.

Just keep doing the right things, keep my mindset in check, and the profits will take care of themselves.
